  I was curious which rundowns are the best to do and also are they state addictive.  What I mean are certain states liking 123 better than say 317.  Is there a certain time of year the 111 works?  I am looking for data and input on which ones are best to try as you all know it is very time consuming especially if you are going down a dark alley with no light at the end
