I've always wondered which number position is the most difficult to determine when choosing numbers to play.
Let's start building a foundation for your Pick 4 Florida House.
The first number is easy enough, right? We know for a FACT that it will start with either 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or 9.
Okay, one down...3 to go!
Sometimes I think the second position is the hardest. But wait! Then I think the 3rd position is...but no, it's really the 4th position, isn't it?
Well? Which is it????
Let's admit it. They ALL are.
After much searching here on the Post I've come to the conclusion that the 3rd and 4th are the most difficult. (But don't quote me on that, lol)
Number 8 is currently your Hottest SECOND Digit, Florida. So now we can start putting up your first wall.

78
88
98
Looks pretty sturdy to me :)
The next 2 steps are easy. When I was testing I found that the 3 longest out digits in both 3rd and 4th position usually produced a straight hit within a month or two.
Currently they are:
20
54
87
That leaves us with 1/90 odds to hit a straight if all goes well.
Let's see if it keeps happening. Hope the roof doesn't cave in!
