Actually last night drawing had an unusual result. I've be tracking the last 172 MegaMillions drawings since the last matrix change and normally none of the winning numbers are among the numbers that have followed the numbers of the last drawing in previous drawings. Usually that group range between 20-35 reducing the number pool to 40-60 numbers which can reduce the odds of matching 5 from 1:17M to 1:5M or less.

There were 60 numbers in that group for last night's drawing but only three of the winning numbers were from that group, so the best anyone could have done using a system that take advantage of that information is a match3 plus the bonus number. I used such a system to pick the ten lines I posted on the prediction board and got a 1+1 for $2.

For those players who use such systems last night wasn't a good or bad night, just an unusual one.

Don't look for that to happen again tonight, players who pick their number wisely or cheats as you refer to them can't be stopped. If it's not one of them then it could be one of the dummies who brought several tickets and got lucky.

Between the two groups, there are just too many for not even one of them to come close almost every drawing.

I had the mega-ball(8) and #68 correct............just had a slight mishap on the other 4 numbers
