Well, 21 ball sets, I believe 3 groups of 3 machines, rotation of the machines and ball sets every few days, 3 pre-tests, 3 post tests. Dunk

We know they are. They have to make profit no matter what. So what does that tell u? Even Todd admitted that a long time ago. He'll tell u that even when u ask him from your email. Hell, he posted that info on the forum.

I don't know much about the ball sets but, I think 369 has something to do with groups.

          Group  1     Group 2     Group 3

          147               258             369

          12                   15               18

          3                       6                 9

          Any Suggestions?

I'll tell you that the lotteries calculate the odds of each game to be sure they're profitable, but I'm not saying that they rig the drawings.  I'm saying they don't need to rig the drawings, because the games are structured in such a way that they will be profitable for the state.  That's the price we all pay to ensure that the lottery continues to exist.  If they lost money, they would not stay in business.

Newbie here, actually I've been reading along every once in awhile to get ideas on how to best track. Big Fan of  Flats and Deb. You all seem like a great group of people. I've made alot of charts and I think I've charted myself to death. So just a quick question to anyone listening, How many draws do you use for first start out with? Track and campare every 15 or 20 or should i just use monthly. I'm trying to get a handle on these pairs and what their current followers are. I use mostly paper and pencil then put my info on excel spreadsheets. By the way, yesterday i did win my only straight this whole year on that 713 because I was so frustrated I said i'd just play the date since i can't seem to hit the right 3rd number. I can't even own any success from that win. My regular number i'm playing right now is 652 cause 26 pair hit recently twice and the 5 followed it, but i know catching the 56 pair is hard.  Any ideas anyone. Hope it's okay that I post this questions. No one understands me at home when i talk numbers, that's why i joined lottery post. They all think Nana is nuts, and if I can't find a start they might be right. Any idea's??  thanks for letting me post.

Yea, a co worker had this theory as well.  He's saying if you look at how many winning tickets there were, compare to the prize amount won, they definitely rig it. For example, there would be like 500 winners, but the payout would be 1 million, compared to 2500 winners, with only a 500k prize won. He was telling me, he thinks they would change it if someone were to bet 20 dollars on a single straight number that for sure was going to hit, but they change it because that would be too high of a payout, or something similar like that.

Now, I've witnessed first hand myself(where I work there is a lotto dealer) There is this customer that would win like 5k a week on Cash 3. I don't know how he does it, he said he just plays his officers numbers(he's a lieutenant). I've asked him before if he does any tracking, or knew what vTracs and SUMS and stuff like that were. He looked at me crazy and said no lol. I always thought he knew someone on the inside lol. But this man hits a lot. I know he plays around 95$ a night, but he's only playing like 5 numbers, that's it, just 5 numbers. It's insane. He won 20k on a Play 4 one month in one draw. I don't know. he had bought a car recently before that, so must be nice to hit that 20k and pay it off. SMH.

Thank u Todd, for an explanation. U did use the words GAMES ARE STRUCTURED. That is to me almost the same as to rig the drawings. When they are structured, some players out there that are making tons of money on that sounds like having a profile of what to expect to hit. Just like Screamingmidgit said about knowing a player making good money.
