NCEL Seemed to have a wide-spread terminal outage last evening 7/6 and MANY people on the NC P4 forums mentioned this.  Not all stores were affected, but seemed to GREATLY skew the payouts available to players and if they had knowledge of this issue, should have cancelled the drawing that night.

Taking a poll to find out if your local store was affected.  Thanks for answering!

P3- drawn: 983 -  572 winners won a total of $45,983 (EXTREMELY LOW)
P4-
drawn: 5566  - 239 winners won a total of $100,889 (VERY LOW for DBL/DBL's)

They couldn't cancel the drawing since they already sold some tickets for the drawing.
