Has anyone had any major wins ($1 Million +) in there Lotto Pool say in the last 10-15 Years.

This month we just hit our 4 year anniversary and still chugging along.

Our members have been pretty much consistent since 2011.

We Average about $900 tickets a month; yet it appears most large Pool winners spend $10-20 per month, go figure…

(HIT THE BIG ONE, OR BUY A SKI MASK)

Our pool is small, 11 people. I've been buying tics for it for over 6 years. No million dollar wins. A couple $100 wins on PB. We play around $100 or so a month either MM or PB, whichever is higher.

We're poor furniture sales people (most of us).

CAN'T WIN IF YOU'RE NOT IN

Before I retired I was in a pool of 10 co-workers which was the largest on going pool in the shop.  Some larger pools were created when  there were large jackpots but that was only for a drawing or two until it was won.  We matched 5of6 three times in the local 6/49 game for $1500 each time.  That was as close as we ever got to winning a jackpot.

That’s messed up, U mean 1 more number and everyone would have had millions?

I never understood why the 5/6 payouts wouldn’t be at least millions.

Im praying that it doesnt take 20 years, buy that time I wont need it...

I've done as well twice since I retired, the one win I posted on the prediction board in 2013.  I don't know of any state that pays over $5K for a 5/6 win with the odds of matching 5/6 in a 6/49 game being 1:54K.  Even though I've come closer to winning a jackpot with the local game I play the multi-states games more since they became available locally.
