   023 system.  Here are the trigger numbers:

  Now X is any number.  You'll see that in the case of the, i.e., 20X, by using the 023 rule, the number now becomes 22X.  From that point on all doubles are formed with the one up/one down system.  The same holds true with, i.e., X09.  By using the 023 rule, the number now becomes X22.  From that point on all doubles are formed with the one up/ one down system.  I should point out that the doubles that were generated from the one up/ one down were rarely the ones that fell, however, but if you like to play your favorite doubles, this may be a trigger to look for
