I'm going to upload some Excel files based on Blackapples posts:
The name of the folder to create is called Pick3ToolShed on your computer.
Download the following zip file and place it in the above folder.
https://copy.com/FDRlU4oO2eioklHr
Inside the zip file are 4 Excel files
P3StateDraws.xlsm and 3 additional Excel files.
Open the P3StateDraws.xlsm file first and keep open. This has all the Pick 3 draw histories of each state including Canadian Pick 3 draws. The draws are updated through Wednesday, August 26, 2015. You will see a pop-up window to change the date. Click "X" to exit the date window. You may also be prompted to enable macros or enable content. You will need to enable both if you want to use these Excel files.
Always keep this file open.
Next, from the Main Menu (Top) select File > Open and browse to the Pick3ToolShed folder and open any of the remaining Excel files. For example, open the Excel file "Pick3BoxedPairsSystem4.xlsm".
Click the tab labeled "States"
In cell J25 click the cell and select your state of just use the state I have wich in this case is Pennsylvania Midday
Click the tab labeled "220SetsBoxed"
The calculations are based on Blackapples post:
Taking past draws and removing pairs that have hit until you end up with 28 pairs. No doubles. (see column K)
Take the 4 digits with the longest out skip All Positions (see column J)
Take the 4 LDR Sums longest out skips (see column L)
Use only "6-way" sets (see column A)
Each column is filtered by clicking the "down arrows" in cell range A1 through L1
Total Sets = cell M1
Longest Out Digits = Cell range T1 through AC1. The 1st 4 are the longest out in all 3 Positions
Longest Out Pairs (No Doubles) = Cell range AF1 through BG1 The longest out Pair starts in cell AF1.
Longest Out LDR Sums = Cell range BJ1 through BS1. The 4 longest out appear in cell range BJ through BM.
