  2^{nd Column} POS   5.2.7.4.3.9.8.1,6 (0 is missing from your numbers, so it has to be the last digit in this column)

  3^{rd Column} POS  2.5.1.0.7.6.4.8.9.3 (Nothing missing and there are no repeat digits. All ten (1 thru 0) digits are accounted for AND no digit has been repeated)

  0 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9

   

  The idea is to list each digit as it occurs

  in a column without repeating a digit.

  You are finished when all 10 digits have presented themselves.

   

  You work on and complete one column at a time.
