I really curious as to how the numbers are picked. On the NC-Educational.org web site they film the pick 3, pick 4, and Cash 5 drawings and they are drawn by balls coming out of a chute. On the other hand, the All Or Nothing drawings are not filmed and all that is done by the site is post the winning numbers on the screen after the fact. Reason I bring this up is that ONLY 3 times since this started years ago has top prize of $250,000 has been won. Very seldom does 2nd level prize of $500 wins.  If computer drawn, I feel the drawing of numbers are NOT random, but rigged.
How is it done in other states and what are your thoughts?

Where (or perhaps a better question is why) do they keep coming up with lottery executives who think that the general public will fall for anything ?

Sometimes it's extremely difficult if not practically impossible to get people to disregard the smoke and mirrors.  Instead, they seem to enjoy the ride down the proverbial Garden Path....... helpless to extricate themselves from being totally deceived by known forces in their midst who would argue that they have come here for the sole purpose of helping people.......str8ca$hhomie

Thank you for confirming what I suspected. Yeah, All or Nothing is a ripoff.

Most of the time it is a ripoff but I have won $50 on it 2 times & $10 3 or 4 times...I never buy but one or two at the most every now and then...my wins were sheer luck...no figuring out how to play it whatsoever!

You should look at Texas record on the all or nothing game, but it is drawn with balls, but the same winnings, very few and far far in between. Now we have a new Triple chance game that is paying out a lot better, but it is only drawn once at night. They need to make this one 4 times a day and move the all or nothing to once a day.

If you want to catch many hits, cast a wide net.

If you are not getting any hits, then take your hook out of the water.

It is hard enough to match 5/5 or 6/6.  What makes you think that anyone should be able to match 12/12 or 0/12 to win $250,000 ???  I am surprised that the Jackpot has even  been won 3 times so far !!!

The pool of numbers is 1 - 24. To win the 2nd prize [$500], you either have to match 11/12 or 1/12.  Again, hard to do !!!

As far as strategy goes for All or Nothing, since most people tend to lose when playing any lottery game, [choosing the wrong numbers], I would try a strategy of NOT matching any numbers, or matching only 1/12, b/c this is the innate human tendency to begin with

Meaning ... You need to try to lose this game in order to win it !!!

My prediction statistics for Georgia and Texas All or Nothing games for this year show a slight bias towards live ball drawings.
