why do some states like to use RNG instead ping pong drawings? is it a cost thing? a technology thing? What is their reasoning? I just don't get it.Crazy

    They think they're saving money on costs, but the reality is that the numerous glitches and distrust caused by these computerized drawings nullifies any perceived cost savings.  It's the lotteries thinking they're being smart, when they're actually destroying their own reputations.  I've been writing about this since 2004.
