  I am from Philadelphia.  As I recall I think back in the 90's I am about 45 minutes from the delaware border Naamans Creek Rd.  there was a tri state mall shopping area with shop n bag.  If I recall the powerball at that time I think was over $395 million.  Perhaps many can do a youtube video and find it.  The line went from inside the lottery area on back to the rear to the other side of the building and out down the strip on to Naamans creek rd. 

   

  Well my dad decided we went down.   Not only did we go down I told him to drive further down.  We hit rt 202.  Seen a few 7/11s and gas stations.  We finally hit Kirkwood hwy and bought tickets.

  I was at Penn 80 Flying J in Milton earlier. No line at all.
