The swiss banking used to be very secret and so people could stash undeclared money there.
However, with the economic meltdown the banking secrecy is gone as Switzerland gave in to american pressure to declare american deposits.
Notable countries that aren't signatories to information sharing acts are Singapore and Hong Kong.
However, tax evasion is illegal and you are up sh'ts creek wthout a paddle if you are busted.
Much better to use legal strategies in Delaware, Luxemburg or the Netherlands, anyway.
