Pennsylvania Casino Fined By Gaming Control Board For Table Games Violation
HARRISBURG, Pa.,- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today approved a fine of $10,000 against Presque Isle Downs, Inc., operator of Presque Isle Downs and Casino in Erie County. The fine was the result of the approval of a consent agreement between the PGCB's Office of Enforcement Counsel and Presque Isle Downs, Inc., which permitted a vacant room to be utilized as a table games storage room without it being properly secured. This resulted in numerous occasions when personnel were able to enter the room without a key.
