    My Spider-senses tell me that this question doesn't make sense.  Rephrase it and ask again and maybe we can answer then.  If you're talking about swimming in cash flow if you win then, yes, I can say that a summer house in the winter is definitely in.  You would have more money than you'll need to spend and could buy a house in several states if you're that fortunate.  But wait, why wouldn't I make the new place my permanent estate?  Make the change and move away from a dreadful place.  Isn't that why we are all here?  Trying to win to get out of this rat race.
