Ok guys, I decided to think outside the box with the original matrix..so I came up with this. Please dont send negative comments. Im here to help.
THE END NUMBER IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER, 3RD COMBO FROM THE BOTTOM . If the end number of last DRAW is 0 etc..., find the (0 matrix) to get your Pick 3 pair/ combo or your triad/ combo . Your next pick 3 hit will either come with 3 actual numbers that touches, or your will get 2 actual numbers that touches with 1 mirror that touch. For pick 4 , 4 actual numbers that touches, or 3 actual and 1 mirror number to complete the full combination...All I did Folks, was take the original matrix ,made it into a little matrix' and spit it....The best way to get your pairs, is to split the matrix, into 2 smaller matrixs as such, used in the examples below. For Wisconsin using the (0 - end # matrix). For (doubles) for P3, the matrix will only show the pair, for pick 4, the pair or triad.

296 296 Previous was 220 ..so 0 was end #. looking in matrix A , u see your hit, in all actual numbers touching.

296...As you can see, the triad came out of matrix B, all touching...triads can be made into a double.
How, 658 triad, can be 6658, 6558 or 6588, works the same for pick 3,but with only a a pair.
