Preparing for Memorial Day...

MEMORIAL DAY is soon upon us -
Yes, too many ‘M’rikans will take the occasion of Memorial Day to ‘thank us (the living vets) for our service’ – those ‘M’rikans are usually well-meaning people but folks who, simply, just don’t know – who just don’t realize that 30th of May is not our day.  We have survived, we are alive – and I most truly believe that makes it our – we veterans - our most distinct duty to honor The Fallen.

Memorial Day is a most Hallowed Day given to remember all those who sacrificed their lives to preserve our peace and the peace of many, many millions more.  We, who have also served,  have this moment among all the thousands of other moments – and we cherish it - to remember – and, yes to cry, for all those who ‘did not come home with us’.

Please help us all make this Their Day, not ours -

God Bless them in their final resting places, known and unknown – and their souls in what must be a very special place in Heaven -

This is a powerful story in history.  Only a few Americans are alive now who lived in those times.

Most college students are not aware of these places, or how they happened; sad commentary on our education system.
Outstanding is a very mild word for this.

      Thumbs Up

Could NOT have said it better!~!

I look for the empty suit poor excuse for "a leader"  to do this as many times as possibly can before his turn is OVER! Jus when you think he can't do much more damage to this GREAT COUNTRY, or swirl THE USA A LITTLE FARTHER down the toilet bowl, and show ANY MORE HATE FOR THE USA! ! BAM he takes it to another level!  GREAT POST Eddessaknight!!!

BIG BIG THANKS to all past present and future service men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for this GREAT country and continue to do so every day!!!

      Happy Memorial Day ALL

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any.

        Lep

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.
