I see that the official MSL website shows that a jackpot winning Fantasy 5 ticket  for $158,000 was sold at a store in Waterford on 6 June.  The next day on 7 june a jackpot winning ticket for $100,000 was sold at the exact same store!

Did this actually happen or did they put the wrong info on the MSL web page?

Is there a Tipton afoot in Michigan?

Did somebody figure out the Michigan RNG program for generating winning numbers?

What are the odds for back-to-back jackpot wins at the same store?

What's going on?

No.  RNG are computer generated numbers.  Where they are sold makes no difference.  Now if the same person won both jackpots, I'd begin to wonder.

Does it say if the tickets were quick picks/self-picks? If either or both tickets was a quick pick then it's probably a coincidence, if they were both self picks then Tipton bells should activate and an investigation launched.

No, they never tell you unless they put a picture of the winner on their page you wont find out!
