I recently found a way to create a reliable pool of numbers for the pick 3 singles in Quebec.

I am using "the Extra" numbers , it is similar to "Encore" in Ontario or "The kicker" in Ohio for example.

Here's what i have found : Yesterday's Extra numbers were 8169497 now,  i break down this number into pairs , no doubles ;

 816947 :  81 86 89 84 87 16 19 14 17 69 64 67 94 97 47  and then, i match these pairs with the missing digits : 0235 to create

 810 812 813 815 860 862 863 865 ... etc.

The second step is to break down the missing digits into pairs ;

 0235 : 02 03 05 23 25 35 and again match them with the first set of numbers ;

 028 021 026 029 024 027 038 031 036 039 etc. Thus creating a pool of more or less 100 numbers.

A quick glance into a year of results shows that 90% + of the time ( approx.), the winning numbers can be found in that pool of numbers.

Now , i need someone's help to put this in Excel so i can use it as a rock solid foundation for a future pick 3 system.

Help please , Thanks.

    Well , nevermind. I just realized there is only 120 boxed singles in pick 3 ... I was confused with pick4 odds i guess...

    Go ahead laugh if you want. Jester
