Ever sine the 110 winners in 2005 that played the fortune cookie numbers the state lottery commissions and the MUSL have left fortune cookie slips with numbers - knowing those numbers won't hit - where the play slips are kept.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

You caught me! I was wondering if anyone would remember that, leave it to you to do so. You're pretty eagle-eyed even WITHOUT your glasses.
I believe in recycling, esp. old jokes. I also repeat old stories, but like my pop used to do about some of his coon dogs, the more years they'd been dead, the better they got. -
