OMG .. in what world does 600 come off 035/994 ?  LOL

What's worse is they put my 794 in the Pick 4.  I had 700 so one off like I am so many days.

I'll tell you in what world ...... In the world of :

Look back at the previous number and perform any combination of  - - - -  S  +  M  +  F   OR  1 off  /  1 off  / M.

The S  M  F ( Same + Mirror + Flip ). This can be an any order. Two S's One F  /  Two M's and One F  /  Two M's and One S, One S and One M and a system number for the 3rd digit, etc..........

You see, in a real random lottery or casino ( if one were to exist in the world which they don't ), you wouldn't need to resort to such tactics as described above on a regular basis because those kinds of events, results, outcomes would be unusual to highly unusual statistically speaking. The exception rather than the rule. However, that is what lotteries and casinos do. They take results or outcomes that statisticians would call outliers and make them too often the more frequent result rather than the rare result that it should be in a 100% random world.

You gotta remember one thing dude if you never remember anything else while participating in lotteries. LOTTERIES ARE NOT RANDOM. NEVER HAVE BEEN, NEVER WILL BE. They can't afford to be random and allow you the opportunity to track the results with common sense lottery math. However, From a marketing standpoint, Lotteries make sure to give the " illusion " of randomness in their advertising in order to sell the product. This gives you the consumer a false feeling and sense of its trustworthiness and integrity which the average player falls for. Just remember this - lottery outcomes in all of its games - ball draw games or scratch cards or otherwise - are controlled. They have to be controlled in order to ensure that just as it is in casinos that there is an edge that is with the house. Behind the scenes, measures are in put in place to control and limit outcomes in all of their games. If still none of this is making any sense to you, then go talk to any individual who has worked at a scratch card manufacturing facility such as Scientific games in Texas or go talk to an employee who has worked for a state lottery. I aint talking bout just a secretary who answers the phone at the front desk but rather someone who is higher up that works in lottery sales, administration or even better the implementation department.

Being purely random in the gambling business means that you go out of business pretty quickly. Lotteries and casinos know this better than anyone.

There are non-random methods, techniques, etc. that have been developed and are used by players to skirt around the lottery's methods that they employ. Just sit back and soak up the education and learning you get from other players who have long known that you don't do things like go around chasing " Due " singles, etc. The lottery loves suckers who do this. They make a lot of money off of them. It's sad to see, but this kind of player can't understand why their logical picks are rarely hitting, yet they keep going back to the store every day playing what is " due ", what makes logical sense to play. Forget about logical, forget about what is sensible and safe. Now, unfortunately, many better players don't always share their methods. Who can blame them. These same better players also don't always post on here their actual picks or maybe even more importantly how they derived them. Who can blame them. Does a great poker player ever show his most valued cards or his thoughts in his face or his eyes before he lays his cards down ?

But it takes a crook to beat or catch a crook. You gotta bite the dog that bit ya and begin to use unconventional methods of predicting their results if you want to be more successful.

Repeats, mirrors, flips, 1 offs, etc. are always a good start and a rock solid foundation from which to build your systems or methods.

Don't be a sucker and be a logical player or a " what is due " player but rather play in a way that they don't want you to play. They hate that.

By the way, in case any of you might be wondering, as part of my thesis in school, I tried taking articles such as the one I have written here and attempted to hold conversations with various lottery officials about the info I have included here as well as such subjects of how they use math algorithms to manipulate games back at the factory where scratch cards are created and to no surprise - they refused my requests to be interviewed, to answer my questions in person or on video for the record, etc.

What does that tell ya ?  If an organization is totally 100% transparent, then what info is it that they will do anything to fight to keep hidden and not revealed to the general buying public ?  Hint : I just told you some of it here.   LOL !

Sure, It is partially a scam and a sham in its design and methodology, but the better players play and utilize crafty methods of their own.

Well little kitty cat we can finally dance again!

But why didn't you make me play it for 50/50 at least!

But $80 is not bad for 50 cents!

Wasn't going to play and was out & changed my mind and just played the first ones that popped in my mind & this was one of them...thank goodness for that...did not think it would hit especially straight!Crazy

Got a couple of wins on 2 of the $2 scratch cards too....so $95 for today!

    Congrats!

I share your view EZ Money. I'm afraid to say anymore because I've been warned by Todd to not say anything negative about the lottery. I've been playing Pick 3 in NC since 2009 and I've learned a lot from the LP Elite during that time. Also, as a player, I've learned a lot on my own from playing so my post earlier was somewhat sarcastic. I know there's no real rhyme or reason to these number patterns as NCEL does them but it's always amusing to see what they come up with. I added the " LOL " for that reason.
