  The company "Steve Player" [SP] is located in New Hampshire.  Maybe the company SP finally won the Powerball Lottery  !!

  The company SP will probably Retire from creating Lottery Strategies if it did win.

  The article you had the link to reported that the cash value was $330.6 mil.

  Being that the annuity value was $487 mil raise from $478 mil, shouldn't the cash value have been raised as well? I figure it would be about $336.3 mil

  They may have reconfigured the interest analysis or whatever and came up with a higher annuity using the same amount of cash. I'm just throwing out possible scenarios for why.

  I don't care as much that someone won, but it's really annoying that there isn't any big jackpots now and there won't be for 15+ draws.
