Yes Tiger, I saw that but I am so broke.

So I went to Resort World Casino and played my favorite $1 wheel of fortune game and hit the two 7's with a double symbol on the line, I got $640. Boy was I glad! NYS tax yes, but I do not know anything about public assistance" She replied "Miss I am not arguing with you." and slips this sheet of paper towards me and said you can contact them to dispute this. I took it and walked away sadly. I had spent all the rest of my money with the knowledge that I had $640 in hand. Boy was I disappointed.

So now of course I spoke to NYS tax and although I am on a payment plan with them as long as there is an outstanding balance and I have any winnings it is going to be taken out. This I was not too happy to hear but this now lessen my bill with them. Now the public assistance issue I had to call all over the place to get this sorted out so the bottomline is I have to submit proof to them that I do not owe this money in writing. I asked the rep. how can I provide proof of not owing something I never had? Well I did have a 1 shot deal to help with my rent back in 2006 which I repaid so I am send along that proof to them. So lets see how this turn out.

Yikes Lex i've heard about that happening these lottery people do not want to pay up! it's a shame.. hope it works out and they give you a good portion of it back in the near future
