  How does a potblocker relate to the Lottery ???

  The term is perfect to describe winning a jackpot between 1 and 100 Million. A 7 or 8 digit jackpot is a lot of money, but there needs to be a distinguisher between them and the "real" lottery winners who win truly life changing money.
