Either way. Pick 3 doesn't have astronomical odds to where one should feel they can't win eventually with a qp(luck). A system will help u calculate better. Depends what system use it and how you use it could be based on common knowledge, overdue digits, or math. It's the individual players choice.

Even if you have a system, you still need luck to hit your numbers.

I want to know is it luck or system, can I win the lottery by pure luck or do i need a system to win the pick 3 lottery.

I have a paper and pencil workout that generates multiple trend lines.
Here are three trend lines I recently used to choose 3 integers for a Pick 3 play.
Main A - 2333123222321 What's Next - 1, 2 or 3?
I chose 1, which yielded integer 1
Main B - 13311321212333 What's next - 1, 2 or 3?
I chose 1, which yielded integer 4
Main C - 22442423322211332431 What's Next - 1, 2, 3, or 4?
I chose 2, which yielded integer 8
I played 148.
Winning permutation was: 140
My error was in Main C where the correct next was 4, which yielded integer 0.

Were my choices guided by some supernatural force? Don't think so.
Was it good luck that I had 2 correct choices? No
Was it bad luck that I missed the third choice by one? Nope

The correct answer is that I have a workout requiring game history be logged
according to specific rules of procedure, which produced these, and other, trend
lines.

I used my experience, intellect and other mental factors to analyze the lines. I then
made some choices based on my findings.
No math, no algorithms no odds or evens, no statistics, no odds, no VTRACs, none of the
stuff many lottery losers are using to choose integers for play.
Luck, supernatural forces, fate, etc, had nothing to do with it.
I correctly read the trend lines twice, but was wrong once.
I take full blame for my loss.
