This Index chart was shown in Lotto World Magazine way back in the 1990's. I don't remember who wrote about it. It takes into account how hot or cold a number is and how due it is at the same time. This chart can be used with all lottery Pick - 3 -4-5-6, as well as sums etc. I'm using Excel, but you can also use Chrome sheets for this. You pick the amount of games you want to use. Divide that by the hits the number or combo has hit to get a hit average. Then you Divide the hit average into the skips to get an index number, then you run sort to the highest index number. The example I'm using here is Ohio Pick 3 Merged Midday and Evening, Starting date 7/12/2005, when they started using the all in one ball machines. This is an extreme example as far as the amount of games used. This is a tool , not a system. I hope this is helpful. Good Luck Libra Dave

            This Index chart was shown in Lotto World Magazine way back in the 1990's. I don't remember who wrote about it. It takes into account how hot or cold a number is and how due it is at the same time. This chart can be used with all lottery Pick - 3 -4-5-6, as well as sums etc. I'm using Excel, but you can also use Chrome sheets for this. You pick the amount of games you want to use. Divide that by the hits the number or combo has hit to get a hit average. Then you Divide the hit average into the skips to get an index number, then you run sort to the highest index number. The example I'm using here is Ohio Pick 3 Merged Midday and Evening, Starting date 7/12/2005, when they started using the all in one ball machines. This is an extreme example as far as the amount of games used. This is a tool , not a system. I hope this is helpful. Good Luck Libra Dave
