I just wanted to post that question up. Don't see it happening again and I think it will if it does and if the lottery wants it to about $700 million. Not getting excited about nothing. Let me know what you all think.

If PB continues rolling, said $B jackpot would probably occur around Christmas. Can't get real confident about that estimate until it surpasses ~$400M.
- If the chances of winning the jackpot are so slim, why play when the jackpot is so small? Your chances never change, but the potential payoff does.
- If a crystal ball showed you the future of the rest of your life, and in that future you will never win a jackpot, would you still play?
- I believe Joan Ginther ("world's luckiest woman") merely played lottery as a tax strategy. Evidence: zero prize claims through 10 years after her last Lotto Texas annuity payment!

It's not even 300 mil and it already jumped by close to 50 mil.

I watched the drawing and the jackpot was close to $271 million bye the time it drew so it only went up actually $23 million. It was $270 and change million.-weshar75

It took 19 rolls to get to 1.5 billion.

It's gonna take a while to get to a billion. Growing rather slow.

It was posted at 258 million . ....jumps before the draw indicate that people are now energized

I checked discard vote, because I think the 1Billy will happen again, I just couldn't guess when.
I will certainly NOT say that it won't happen again.

I'm hoping that the majority of people out there will see that the approaching holidays, esp. Christmas is just a commercial holiday, and has nothing to do with God. Giving people gifts around this time, gains nobody any "God points". Better that they all take a chance on the lotto jackpot.

So, that's where I think their best 'worldly' hope lies - in a lotto jackpot.

For me too, of course.

I love your comment and I appreciate that that's why I put that in the voting area. The other funny part is my sister's is December 30th. I am 12 16 73 she is 123080. Of course 80 Kent come out butt we shall see. Maybe a trifecta but it's funny mine could and hers might not

No hit last night so around $320 million estimated. It would probably hit the brink of close to $400 million before thanksgiving maybe $420million. By xmas time, NYs time or maybe the same time this past yr it could be at $1b mark if no one hits.

Well, the presidential race had nothing to do with it, and it doesn't now. It kept rolling, and it keeps rolling now because no one has picked the winning numbers, and the odds are 1 in 292,201,338. That is a hellacious number.
