  If there is anyone that can help or that has back tracked this type of information I would appreciate it? Would anyone know the stats on how long a double combination can be missing? 700 has been out in the state of VA since April 14th, 2014 in the midday draw.

  With the way lotteries implement their draw procedures, there's no telling when it'll actually show in what's deemed an 'official draw result' which is yet another already dead discussion. That said, Id be willing to bet some very good money that if you had access to their pre-test results dating back to April 2014, you'd find your 700 combo at least a couple of times by now. In fact, if you're really serious, I'd contact them and request the corresponding results. I'd like to know myself just to establish something.

  Hi,

   

  You can look at hit/skip chart and see how the trend is. There is no sure way to determine. Based on average skip and mean skip you can decide. It can still go wrong.

  2014 is still early for a box double.

  a low sum double can hide for up to 2000 draws.

  Here are some sample hit/skip charts for Iowa till considering draws from 1st day Iowa started own draw results.

  Note: these are excel output from program - there are no calculations/formulas/macros in them.

  If you open the "NUMBER TYPE" sheet, you can see the hit/skip data for number type. There you can see the trend.

  It may or may not help but atleast that's how the trend goes. It might help decide what to play.

  You could also track box combos and straight combos in the respective tabs.

  I assume you're talking about 700 in any which order. Well in NY there's been a few times that 556 has been out for about 2 years. And there was one time that 494 was out for about 4 years in any order. So it is not unusual. Perhaps 700 just doesn't fit in with the numbers at the moment. But, when you do see it again. You will most likely see it at least a few more times regularly, etc..good luck.

  I just picked those 2 numbers, 556 and 494 because in NY they tend to not come out as much as some others, but there are others.
