I've seen some comments on the forums about members who only ask or look for systems and tools and don't share and thought I would share a tool I've used in the past. Like many, I used to burn through a lot of sheets of paper scratching out past draws, laying out charts and patterns, etc. At one point I challenged myself to set it up a bit more automated and thought I would use Excel since I've been using spreadsheets since the old VisiCalc days (yes, I'm that old).
So, I'm including a link to the spreadsheet I laid out, I set it up in Excel so if you open it in a different spreadsheet program it may not look or format quite the same. It's kind of based on the tic tac toe layouts with some patterns similar to the Win D Touch patterns mentioned recently in another forum. What is it and what does it do? When you open the spreadsheet, the first tab is labelled Input and is where you enter the hot to cold numbers for your pick 3 game; you'll have to decide how many draws are right for you, whether it's a week's worth, 10 days or something else. Fortunately for us, Todd has some great tools on this website. Click on the Results link at the top of the web page, select your state and click the drop down "More>>" link under your state's pick 3 results and select Drawing Statistics - there's your hot and cold numbers for you!
The next tab is the Grids tab, this is where the hot to cold numbers from the first tab are laid out into 3 different grids using hot to cold or cold to hot. Don't like the way they're laid out? Save a version of the spreadsheet and tweak it to your liking. Make it yours!
The last tab is the results tab with the middle columns BR through BT showing the sorted (low to high) output using patterns found elsewhere in this tab of the spreadsheet (vertical, corners, Y and V, etc.) with duplicate results boxed in these columns and even numbers highlighted.
So how do you use the spreadsheet results now that you have a bunch of numbers? You'll notice each column from each grid generated 48 selections, you could decide to play some/all of a particular column or mix/match some from each. One thing you'll notice is the patterns DO NOT generate any doubles (so if you're looking to generate doubles you would need to tweak the spreadsheet to do that). Since there are no doubles in these results, you might want to play some of the results immediately after doubles are drawn in your game since the odds are low (but not zero) of doubles being drawn back to back. A great way to use the results, depending on your membership level, is to use the Deflate 3 features and filters (odd, even, root, sum) to get a smaller subset of numbers to look at.
I set up the spreadsheet based on function and not for looks, so it definitely isn't as 'pretty' as some of the other spreadsheets I've seen from other members. As always, no tool or system is perfect and none of us has any guarantees to win, but maybe this will be another tool you can use if you happen to play the pick 3 in your process of selecting your numbers. If it's not for you, well maybe it will give you some ideas for your own system or tool. Good luck everyone!

I just track the 120 box combinations, to find what hit the most, what hit the least, the longest out.
I could add, vtracs, sums, roots, etc.
And, I compare it to what's in deflate, and inspect, over due pairs.
I'm looking for, 56x straight, 28x, straight.
Wondering when the #1 hitting Missouri pick 3 will hit? 578?

Power trails, pick 3/4 pirate and ring of Pi Kola are good methods to start looking at. They are good wheels as far I know.
They produce huge sets of numbers.
If you track methods you can see that if a method gives less combo then you hit or loose lesser when compared to methods that give more combos. More combos lead to more hit/loss.
Starting with methods that produce huge sets and then filtering is one way.
Tracking overdues and playing when it is time to play them is another way. Read sully16's posts.

Check teresa56's posts - her numbers hit if she posts.

Forgot about Lucky. One of the best. Use both followers and trackers Systems. Add them to that top level set of numbers.
Follow your state thread and highly rated all state threads. Compare these with your personal workout or favorite numbers
If you are a serious gambler you can subscribe to multiple paid number subscriptions, buy prediction or statistic tools, buy books - read cover to cover, implement them.. If you have more time and know how to program you can create hit/skip chart for methods and wheels. If there is a pattern track and nail on the expected day/days 1 or 2....
