  I have been using sums as a base for combo selection with my base set of numbers. I primarily use repeats from draw to draw and sums out. I've been burned a few times by this. Already use root groups for play.

  SO......... the big question for discussion. Do you use root sums for reduction and how?

  Do you use sums for reduction and how? Looking for lively positive discussion and tips from our experienced LP team !!

  I track 2 out of 3 sums, longest out sum & RS together. For instance, CA recently had sum 16 & RS 7 out for 2 months, 826 finally fell, which was sum 16 & RS 7. I was able to nail it down, because I had 28X pair from my W/O and knew 86X hit only once.
  

  KS currently has sum 14 & RS 5 hit only once, so they are definitely overdue, but SS 4 fell midday 879 (Sum 24). This is why tracking SS alone has its limitations.
  

  Missing sums in teens are due immediately, and overdue sums & RS fall together. And of course I try to use the longest out pairs and/or pairs from my W/O to get the hits from my daily rundowns.

  I don't use sums at all, just roots. Track whether they are even or odd using combined draws. Look for patterns / trends. Odds have a slight bias, simply because there are more. 1,3,5,7,9.  Evens 2,4,6,8. The only number with a RS of 0 is 000.

  

  List Pick 3 singles by low sums, high sums. Separate each sum row by consecutive pair and non consecutive pair combos. These 3 pair groups. 14 17 47, 25 28 58, 36 39 69 are in 63 combos. 54 combos do not have them. Which sums do the 3 pair groups appear and not appear? Look at root sum groups 147, 258, 369. Play accordingly.

  Exactly what I was talking about. I have been using Casho's sum theories. Short sum  4 includes 4-14-24. I generally only play 9-22 because that's where majority of hits are. I had the 8 digit as key which it hit. But didn't use sum 24 because of being past 22. 

  I track repeat pairs, I generally use in combination with the 3-4 rundown. The pair was in play. I played the 78 and 89 pair in other combo's, but again this was past 22 so I did not. My bad.

  I still use your root sum grouping. Has been very effective for me. It allows me to play the current trend and anticipate if I think a change is coming.
