Eddessa_Knight,
I thought he was an interesting man. Thank you for posting. Still haven't had my chance to roll the dice but will one day. Hope you don't mind.
Time magazine said: “Howard Hughes’ death was commemorated in Las Vegas by a minute of silence. Casinos fell silent. Housewives stood uncomfortable clutching their paper cups full of coins at the slot machines, the blackjack games paused, and stickmen cradled their dice. Then a pit boss looked at his watch, leaned forward and whispered, ‘Okay, roll the dice. He’s had his minute.’”

Many thanks for the Howard Hughes post script that I previously missed - how reckless of me
Was not aware of the interment at Glenwood Cemetery, had I known I would have brought a pair of Las Vegas dice LoL But i did go aboard the incredible Hughes Flying Boat the "HERCULES" aka Spruce Goose while housed @ Long Beach Bought a Hughes Fedora replica hat that Mi Bride wears with aviation pride.
Good Night, may you dream in 'cute pajamas' & taking a trip to the moon on gossamer's wing or in a gondola powered by firecrackers & wild swans.

"The Hercules' was a monumental undertaking. It is the largest aircraft ever built... I put the sweat of my life into this thing."
