  the multiplier for power ball and other larger money lotto's wonder why your not allowed to view the supposed randomness of this? any ideas

  It's because the Power Play is drawn by computer.  There's nothing to watch.

  And thus the computer is able to synthetically manufacture an artificially random output, that does not naturally occur with alpha-numerics.

  It's not a FAIR GAME!
