Forming Pools with previous digits and testing forward.
0517414197 Start with 051 then 741 etc until you get a 10 number string. Continue on with the rest.

6154486521
0846569727
4009275153
7114600108
Now lets say the current draw 590, the digits 5,9,0 becomes the point of reference for digit transition within the generated pools:
0517414197>590>17414>11447>next 349> 11 7 eliminate the numbers 590 from the string which leaves you with 11447, then eliminate the 4 from the next draw 349 from 11447 and you're left with 117. Continue on with the rest of the strings. Now you can see the left over numbers from the strings.
0517414197>590>17414>11447>next 349> 117
9279091354>590>27 13>2713> 349> 271
6873068057>590>687368>668873>349> 66887
6154486521>590>61 4486 21>661482>349> 66182
0846569727>590>84 66 772>6677842>349> 667782
4009275153>590>4 27 1 3>42713>349> 471
7114600108>590>71146 18>1117468>349> 111768
A simple, not fancy rudimentary approach, from above I see 6,8,1,7 movements for the hits 882,166. You don't need to wander off, this not a monopoly game, you want to place say $ or $5 on a straight wage(confidence level), then keep it simple. The more conditions you set in selecting digits, the lower your confidence level.(an outcome of 694 has no excuse for predicted 994, saying 6 was flipped does bode well).
Good luck.
