  The sum of pick4 can not be equal in the two pairs
    Example
  3847 = 3 + 8 = 11 4 + 7 = 11 sum 11
  3856 = 11 +11
    Sums can not be the same
    Excel 2010 or higher to create filter
  Larger and smaller sum = sum = 16x12
  Smallest and largest sum = 15 x18
