If you pick your own numbers then anytime, any place will do as long as it's before the drawing.

* you don't need to buy every combination, just the winning ones *

I'd go anywhere and at any time when there are not long lines. If it gets close to a billion, sales are frenzied. I've read that people stood in line for hours to buy tickets when it got near/surpassed a billion. Standing in line is not for me.

I like to buy my tickets at circle k either in the morning after 10:00 a.m. or early afternoon like 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. the day before the drawing or the day of the drawing.-weshar75

Whatever one sells the winning ticket, Stack47! Just one random Publix store in Florida ,it can be ANY of them as long as it sells the winning ticket!

I'm not planning to go to any Publix store in Florida. But people have won at various Publix stores in Florida NUMEROUS time so it made the cut as a non-"other" choice.

I would buy it somewhere in Pleasanton.

I hope that one $2 ticket is the only one that matches all 5 numbers plus the PB to win the largest PB jackpot in United States history of over $2 Billion Dollars!
