Is a 5/69 + 1/26 game.
If it was only a 5/69 game it might have 11,238, 513 combinations-lines, quite a lot, the Lottery Post says that it is 11,688,054
I don't know if it is 1, 2 or 3 Dollars for each combination-line.
The Lottery Post says that a 5 numbers win for $2 gives a win of 1 Million Dollars and that for $2 a 4 numbers win gives a prize of $100 on a chance of 1 in 36,525
It would be crazy to buy more than 1 combination-line for such a game for one person, but if on a pool, I guess that it would be O.K. to buy more lines.
The Lottery Post says that:
5 numbers + Powerball are 1 in 292,201,338
I think that it is not very likely that such a game can be won by prediction, maybe not the jackpot, of course, sooner or later it might be won by "Statistical Chance", what people call "Luck".
Some people like Ricky (Paurths) and others didn't make filtered wheelers for jackpot kind of games, maybe mostly because they didn't have a fast enough way of doing the "Wheeling Filtration", in the way that they do it or did it, it can take Hours, Days or maybe even Weeks to do the wheeling-filtration for jackpot kind of games, I guess that as each line is wheeled it has to go thru all of the patterns-filtrations to either pass or be rejected and from what I have seen, even for cash 5 games it can take a very long time, of course, maybe not all people who make software codes in exactly the same way, maybe some of them have faster ways of doing it.
Anyhow, the PowerBall game is a Cash 5 game with an extra ball.
It might be a Cash 5 game, but 5/69 makes for more than 11 Million of combinations.
Some people do try to predict it:

I am not sure, but for the 5 main numbers, 12 numbers might make about 792 combinations lines and after all it is maybe a $2 for line game and 4 main numbers pay only $100
