  Order = 80/5 lottery wheels with ranges of values between positions
  It will be kind a small program that generates wheels from a set value
    Example
    From 1st to 2nd will be the distance of 8 that is 04 12 = difference 12 from 2nd position to 3rd
    Sera 16 = 12 28 ed and the 3rd for the fourth value 8 28 36 of the 4th 'for the 5th position 27
    36 56 always in position doubles connecting with the last number
    It remained = 04 12 28 36 56 = delta or difference = 08.16, 8.27
  Good you can put = 3 values in the difference between the doubles
    Ex = from 1st to 2nd positions = 5,9,15 (difference values) and so on 2nd to 3rd ..... until 4th to 5th
