"Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." - Albert Einstein
OK I'll break this forecast down.
I won't go over the strategy at this moment because I really need to create a video walk-through of it to better explain it as simply as possible. It really is like speaking some unheard of language. This may seem a bit elementary and self explanatory for some but bear with me so I can bring everyone up to speed. For now I'll just go over how to understand the forecast so you can play and win as you learn.
My forecast are broken down into three sections
Section 1: The Prediction
Section 2: States and drawings included
Section 3: The Martingale Betting Strategy
Let's start step by step with the prediction.
Section 1 ---->> Prediction: Pairs 13, 16, 17, 36, 37 or 67 will hit within the next 7 drawings.
All of my strategies combine several states together and one of my them indicated that the pairs 13, 16, 17, 36, 37, 67 are expected to hit.
Section 2 ---->> States Included
I choose to combine states because I imagined what it would be like when I'm able to gain statistical insight from multiple drawings instead of just one state at a time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For example, I may use a state but I'll use one particular drawing and combine that drawing with a a different drawing within a different state.
For instance, one of my strategies combines the Kentucky day drawing and the Texas Day drawing only.
Kentucky Texas
day drawing day drawing
043 821
995 295
289 180
919 210
393 101
280 482
504 634
390 028
836 893
205 592
124 242
342 061
646 297
This strategy chooses a digit that has not hit in 22 previous drawings. As you can see starting with the Texas day drawing and "going back" 821, 043, 295, 995 and so on. Digit 7 has not hit in the previous 24 drawings so I would play digit 7 which is 55 any order combos that I expect to hit within seven drawings. Combing states like this allows me to see stats that I've never seen before.
***Just in case you missed it I just gave you a strategy that chooses one digit to play. It's what I call a No Hit strategy. This one is called "Digit No Hit@22." Which means play any digit that has not hit within the previous 22 drawings. I expect it to hit within 7 drawings. So the first drawing will be the Kentucky day drawing and the Texas day drawing.***
As I was writing this the draw results came out.
Drawing #1: 1/13 Kentucky day drawing = 018
Drawing #2: 1/13 Texas day drawing = 387
So playing just digit 7 produces 55 any order combos and it hit on the 2nd drawing

All of that was to address why I now combine states and mix and match the drawings instead of just analyzing one state. I feel it's best to find ways to create your own stats and this is something that I do that works for me.
Section 3 ---->> The Martingale Betting Strategy
I'll give a basic overall description of the strategy. The Martingale bettingstrategy is nothing more than a way to place your bets so that you don't lose money.
You make a wager and if you lose, you double your wager. If you lose again you double your wager again. You keep doing this until you win and then go back to your original bet.
For example, I predicted that the Pairs 13, 16, 17, 36, 37 or 67 will hit within the next 7 drawings.
States included
Drawing #1: 1/13 Texas morning drawing
#2: 1/13 New York day drawing
#3: 1/13 Kentucky day drawing
#4: 1/13 Texas day drawing
#5: 1/13 North Carolina day drawing
#6: 1/13 Texas evening drawing
#7: 1/13 New Jersey evening drawing
When you wheel Pairs 13, 16, 17, 36, 37 or 67 in Any Order you will see that they produce...
52 Any Order combos
013 016 017 036 037 067 113 116 117 123 126 127 133 134 135 136 137 138 139 146 147 156 157 166 167 168 169 177 178 179 236 237 267 336 337 346 347 356 357 366 367 368 369 377 378 379 467 567 667 677 678 679

The drawings results were as follows...
Drawing #1: 1/13 Texas morning drawing = 774
#2: 1/13 New York day drawing = 033
#3: 1/13 Kentucky day drawing = 018
#4: 1/13 Texas day drawing = 387
Since 387 was drawn, my prediction hit on the 4th drawing of the forecast for the Texas day drawing.
387 is single combo which means I use the Singles Martingale to see how much I won.

(I know it's self explanatory)
As you can see on the 1st drawing I played 52 combos but I didn't hit so I doubled the 52 combos to 104 combos on the 2nd drawing and then doubled 104 combos to 208 combos on the 3rd drawing. Then of course, on the 4th drawing I doubled 208 combos to 416 combos and that's when I hit the Texas day drawing.
My minimum standard is to risk less than $2,000 and make greater than a 40% Return On Investment (ROI). With $2,000 I can actually make it 8 drawings and still achieve my minimum standard of a >40% ROI.
Play responsibly. I make sure I have $2,000 to risk before I start playing the forecast. The only way I've ever gained confidence in a forecast is from obsessively backtesting. Backtesting gives you insight and insight is the key to being accurate over time. I encourage everyone especially newbies to do at least 100 drawing backtest for each strategy you create. If you win 68 out of 100 backtest your at a 68% accuracy rate then you know you need to tweak your strategy or create a new one until your at least at a 95% accuracy rate.
From my experience I've found that most people only analyze the previous 20 drawings to base their strategy on, I've created strategies using the previous 1 drawing all the way to using the previous 1,000 drawings. I've come to the conclusion that there will always combos that seem to come out of no where because there are patterns and cycles that we don't see because you won't see them unless you analyze the previous 5,000 drawings or the previous 1,001 drawings. For now most of my strategies are based on using less than the previous 50 drawings. It's just less of a headache and I have to start somewhere.
That's it for now.
