  I have noticed recently when I checked the Winner Breakdown By Lottery link on the Power Ball site, that it shows "0" winners for all prize levels in the Virgin Islands.

   

  Either they don't have it there anymore or no one can pick even just the PB number to win $4.

  Does anyone know about this?

  Maybe they got hit by the same storm that hit Puerto Rico (10/16/2017).

  I am sure that you are referring to the United States U.S. Virgin Islands and not the British ones.

   A little history, I believe President Franklin Delano Roosevelt got our U.S. Virgin Islands from the Lend/Lease act before we entered the Second World War. FDR saw the threats from Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan before the general populace did.
