I play the keno in Atlantic Canada, it only goes up, to the number 70. it is a frustrating game, I like to play the numbers daily!

I buy one 7-draw ticket every Friday.

I usually end up with 1 - 5 numbers matching which means I win nothing.

One time, I was going to buy a Pick 10 ticket from a machine, but it wouldn't take my $1 bill so I asked the retailer for the ticket. That night I matched 8 / 10 for $300

I also play Quick Draw as a 10 spot which represents the birthdays in my family. One day I got 8 / 10 for $300. I needed the numbers 17 and 24. It came in 27 and 34. Two more numbers and it would have paid a cool $100,000. That close, yet so far!

I laughed a bit when i found this thread. I won't give up on NY Pick 10 either lol and i've been trying for 7+ years.

My latest strategy:

Rank the most drawn numbers for the past 7 days.

Take all the numbers that have been drawn 2+ times, eliminate the numbers drawn last night. Then pick random set of 10 from the numbers left over.

One of things i've always tried to incorporate is on average only 5 numbers repeat from the previous drawing. So I feel like you can always eliminate the previous draw 20 numbers.

Pick10 is fun, but I don’t think about it much. Maybe once or twice. Quick question, and this is the point that bothers me about trying to find a way to win this game, of course outside of repeating digits etc., How many grand prize jackpot winners have there been in the last ‘7’ years or so? By my recollection, and it’s not full by any means, I’ve only seen one. Ever.

Take 5 you get winners almost every night. Double the numbers and you get none. What’s the deal

Um Hahaha, Um hi edessa, others have said the odds on pick10 are good. Rcbuckeye etc., That’s not stuff I think about, because of the whole what if etc, but yeah, my point is we almost never hear of a jackpot winner here in New York with Pick 10. So grab your qp tickets everybody maybe right now. That’s all I’m saying.

I want to win a full jackpot, so i play a group of 8 number's at a time, i had 7 out of 8 numbers before! But need more money than that, to take care of myself!!

Hitting 10/10 Would Be A Full $250,000 Jackpot.

But I'm Sure You'd Be Happy With $25,000 On An 8/8 Hit.

What I like most about AoN is that I win back more $$$ than any other jackpot game. I read something from BobP (Lotto-logix) one time that it's good to win back something while waiting to hit a jackpot. I do play all the available jackpot games in Texas, typically just one line each game/draw, and almost never win anything. Playing AoN just one line in a draw I will over a month's time win back at least 50% of what I bet. I like having a bone thrown my way now and then.

I don't know that AoN is really like Keno, having never played Keno, but I see the odds for an 80 number Keno is over 1 in 8 million for $500,000, and that is way out of line for a jackpot like that. I can play the same numbers twice (or the opposite numbers) for $4 and have a shot at a $500,000 jackpot. And I do play that way periodically.

I like that timing thing by edessaknight. It seems my wins and losses in AoN run in streaks, right now I'm in a little losing streak. But, that will change in a few days.

JUST LOOK AT THE ODDS OF ANY JACKPOT GAME, THAT WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Thanks rcbbuckeye we all know conventional wisdom saying that the keno odds are terrible, however don't let the odds betray you, as it's the casino game with the largest jackpot payouts and they do happen - just check out the list Keno JPs @ the Orleans Casino, Las Vegas as only one example.

Hi, Soledad. I've been keeping a spreadsheet log of past Pick 10 winners since January 19, 2010. If my records are accurate, there were 24 top prize winners ($500,000) since that date. The most recent wins were on 2/21/2018 - some lucky bugger hit twice, PLUS there were eight 2d tier ($6,000) on the same day. I think some lucky person or group wheeled a near perfect set in multiple tickets. Many of the times when the top prize was won, there was at least one 2d tier winner. The most 2d tier winners I can recall were 20 on 7/12/2011. So, the prizes are winnable.... just hard for folks like me. LOL But, I'll beat it one day... who knows, maybe even tonight. Peace.
