Guaranteed no glitches.
Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.
There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

If systems do work, then some software -doing calculations much more fast- must work. Which is the most accurate software you have ever used?
What makes you think systems work? IMHO there are a number of good lottery softwares from Win Hunter, GH, some no longer available in retail form, some here on site, but the best is LotWin from the UK it being the only one I've seen so far that after the draw can show you the exact settings that would have given you a jackpot win. I have sat there with others and tried to find a way to have won and failed, with LotWin winning is possible though doing so means winning the filter lottery more on a level with winning Pick-4 Straight, easier but no picnic.

My own. Bought some softwares for Canadian 649 long ago but never used them for playing as they lacked major features like backtrack, and their predictions schemes were all shrouded in mystery. So I created my own. I used it for playing in a pool (10 people) for 6 months. The result was about 54% ROI - not much to brag about although not a disaster either.
The same with Pick 3, my latest favourite. Got some apps from Google Store, some free, some paid, most simply a joke, no more than RNGs (or God only knows what else, could not figure that out), none again with backtracks or any sort of verification. Had to create my own again. With it I ran a simulation for about 50 weeks (Nov 2016 - Oct 2017) for Pick 3 Wisconsin. The results were encouraging enough to get my saliva dripping for the real play. The problem is BC does not have Pick 3. And the app needs some modifications as the sim exposed some shortcomings that need to be fixed.
If you know how to program do the same - turn your predictive theories into software. If you don't know - learn. Does not require PHD in math and you can self learn. I did.

I may be wrong but I think you are seeking the name and address of a lottery system that requires little or no effort by the User.
There are hundreds of lottery schemes that claim to possess the secret to winning.
All one has do to win, usually after paying for a subscription or license fee, is punch a couple of tiles on the keyboard or do some mathematical calculations on a scratch pad.
But, the reality is that lottery software doesn't win much of anything.
The proof is in the fact that just about 99.9 percent of jackpot winners did so with a quick pick or a personal combination.
I may not have all the facts but the remaining point one percent of winners may have used an unknown personal strategy, or, played combinations provided by a crooked official lottery employee - i.e, Eddie Tipton.
There are no known lottery champions.
In my humble opinion, all lottery gamblers have a limited number of choices.
1. Buy quick picks and hope they were bought at the right place at the right time.
2. Create personal combinations using numbers associated with significant family events, such as date of birth, and keep playing them - even if it may take years to win anything of significance.
3. Visit lottery forums, such as Lottery Post, and copy methods and software that seem plausible, but offer no real proof, such as a copy of the a winning ticket, that the creator has really won anything other than the law of averages.
4. Watch official lottery drawings and decide if the winning numbers are chosen by some unknown mathematical action within the lottery drawing machines, or by other methods such as random chance.
If you are convinced that the lottery balls are alive and know what the previous winning combinations were, you need to create a mathematical strategy where your choices are based primarily on odds, probability and statistical charts that offer a multitude of choices but are unable to provide valid and consistent answers to the primary lottery question - What's Next?
If you conclude, as you should, that the lottery balls are lifeless then you need to develop a strategy whereby lottery balls are arranged and rearranged according to fixed rules of procedure.
In other words - use your knowledge about how winning combinations are generated and then apply your personal attributes to create your own methods.
If you don't have the smarts or the time do to be your own lottery hero, then quick picks are your best choice.
I have a personal strategy where the balls are arrange and rearranged according to hard fast rules of procedure.
Basically, I use the power of substitution to divide a lottery game into three major parts.
Each part has three unique tracking schemes and methods for choosing numbers to play.
Requires a lot of time, personal effort and lots of guesswork but I've won often enough to believe that I'm on the right path.
Bottom line - gain as much information as you can about lottery play and be your own lottery hero.
Relying on someone else to do the work should be your last choice.
Just saying ..........

I also don't believe that any software may effectively help winning a jackpot. But if I use software for jackpot games it's not for targeting jackpot. No matter what your software can do the odds are still too overwhelming. So concentrating on jackpot is pointless. I use different approach.
The only realistic way to increase your chances of winning jackpot is to play more tickets. Naive as it may sound but that's all we can do. Which means you have to spend more money. You have 2 ways to go: take the money from your own pocket or take it from smaller winnings (and usually both). So, when playing jackpot lotteries I concentrate on winning smaller prizes as much as possible and treat the jackpot as a bonus (that will most likely never come). And software may help in winning smaller prizes using statistics, wheels, backtracking etc.
Pick 3, Pick 4 and similars are a different ball game. Odds are small enough that using appropriate software may significantly improve ROI. What constitutes suitable software? IMHO these are the necessary ingredients:
Use statistics based on past drawings.
Provide at least several prediction methods (to allow multiple choices).
Provide wheels for all predictions (for targeting wins).
Allow backtracks for all prediction methods (useful for what if simulations).
Any of these missing will render the software deficient.
Will this work? I believe so as my simulations indicate.
And the last but not the least. If you want to win in any lottery be prepared to invest. Playing $2 a day and expecting a straight once a week is a bit unrealistic. You might be lucky here and there but luck alone is not a strategy to rely on. I always say - if investing in lottery creates too much strain on your budget and emotions find less stressful (and costly) pastime.
