Evolution is inevitable. I believe in claiming your win. As you practice mastering the art and science of prediction you will get better, if and only if, you never give up.
I've changed things up quite a bit. My strategies are more simple and straight forward to me now. Hopefully explaining everything will be just as simple. I try to pass on what I know as much as possible. I'm not perfect. I do make mistakes and if you see a mistake feel free to let me know so I can address it.
Most people do not want to learn how to predict, they just want you to give them combos to play. However, for those that do want to learn I'll try to explain things as I go but mostly this forum is just for myself and others to have a central location to post forecast.
People want detailed predictions which is why I have Criteria for Posting. Anyone can post 5 or 100 combos but few are specific with their predictions. I strive to be as specific as possible and I'm encouraging those who post here to set a new standard.

Forecasting has proven to be a highly profitable method of prediction and naturally a great way to start learning how to get better at predicting. Instead of only trying to predict what's going to hit in the very next drawing, try forecasting what's going to hit within a limited number of consecutive drawings.
Criteria for Posting
- Show the duration of the forecast by providing the states and dates included. People want to know when the forecast begins and ends.
- Show your work: No matter how you predict (using sums, pairs, roots, positions etc...), show all of your combos. For example, if you predict pairs 16 and 67 are going to hit in Any Order within 10 drawings then show all of the Any Order combos associated with pairs 16 and 67 (016 067 116 126 136 146 156 166 167 168 169 267 367 467 567 667 677 678 679).
- Be sure to include if your forecast is meant to hit in Any Order and/or Exact Order.

Being a predictor is is very similar to being a stock investor.
-Gain Insight:
You'd have more confidence if you back-test more than you play. Back-testing helps you to gain the insight you need to be more accurate over time and it can take a lot of long, hard and complex work. All of that work will start to pay off as you practice getting better. I recommend using software and also starting with a quick 10 drawing back-test then moving on to a at least 100 drawing back-test. It will take time to evolve from, you suck, to now you're good, to now you're great.-Diversify:
If you wouldn't put all of your eggs in one stock then don't put all of your eggs in one state. By playing online you have access to 71 drawings a day. If you don't want to be a player/predictor in the game but still want to win some money then it would be wise to invest in multiple highly successful players/predictors. Just like it's good advice to grow your money through several different investment firms instead of just one, the lottery is no different.-Set Goals:
It's best to master one strategy that's based on one goal. For example, my goal is to create a strategy that gives me the opportunity to make greater than a 40% Return On Investment (ROI) within seven drawings. That's my standard, develop and customize your own standard then seek to improve from there.-Exercise Discipline:
Carefully analyze the risk and the rewards. If you know you can't afford to play then don't play. It ain't trickin' if you got it BUT if you ain't got it then don't do it. It's one thing to jump on a opportunity and then there's being impulsive. Know the difference.Gambler's do not carefully analyze the risk, investors do. No one will ever be 100% accurate 100% of the time but with a lot of effort you can work you way up to 99.9% which is still awesome.

Even masters of the game know to always try to get better. It is not easy to maintain a high ROI throughout the year. I'm sure the difficulty and the time it takes to learn even basics things is the reason many give up. Some people say it takes 10,000 hrs to master something. I think it mainly depends on the quality of the learning process. Here are some tips that I had to learn on my own.
Learn what the Lowest Statistical Average (LSA) is for each classification. The LSA is nothing more than when something is expected to drawn. I simply call it the hit frequency.
Examples of classifications:
Digits are a class. Each digit is expected to hit 1x every 4 drawings
2x every 7 drawings and so on.....
Pairs, sums, double combos, ascending order double combos, positions, high/low, in/out, even/odd etc... these are all classifications that you can choose to predict. I don't like to start looking at a class until it's 7x late. It's not just about if something is cold or hot but exactly how cold or hot is it. If it didn't hit when it's expected to hit 7 times, then yeah it has my attention. You will find that predicting super rare and super cold/hot things is way more accurate over time.
- One thing I've learned over the years is to keep your strategy simple. Accuracy is most important. It controls your ROI , which is the second most important thing to a predictor.
- You have to keep your cost/combos low in order to have the highest ROI possible.
- Make a forecast instead of trying to predict one drawing at a time. Start practicing how to predict something that will hit in the next 10 - 20 drawings.
- Eventually you'll realize that you need software to make observations and backtest faster. There is too much data to analyze with just pen and paper. I couldn't survive playing in multiple states throughout the day while having to analyze 1,000's of combos without software. As a predictor, you better learn how to use and develop software or hire someone to do it for you.
- Forget guessing when it comes to accuracy. Practice making forecast at least 100 times so you will know exactly how accurate your strategy is before spending any money. This is the work that the 99% do not want to do but if you want to be a predictor, you have to be obsessed with backtesting. I can't stress that enough.
What is 'Backtesting'
Backtesting assesses the viability of a strategy by discovering how it would play out with historical data. Backtesting allows a predictor to simulate a strategy using historical data to generate results, analyze risk and profitability before risking any actual capital.
Listen to your intuition while practicing because it will unconsciously lead you to make observations, recognize frequency patterns and conditions needed to predict.Predicting the lottery with a high degree of accuracy is like trying to find a rare diamond that's on a planet that you can only find after you figure out when certain planets are going to align. The rarer the conditions are, the less you have to filter which automatically means a low number of combos/cost to play and a higher ROI.

Here's a highly accurate strategy for you to backtest

I haven't given out a strategy in awhile so here you go. This is actually one of 3 strategies that I'm currently using to create forecast. It's rare and you will slowly come to realize that you will have to combine states and the drawings within states in order to find these conditions. Most people only analyze the previous 20 drawings, I have to analyze 150 - 1,000+ drawings just to find things like 4 digits that have not hit within 10 drawings.
Step 1
Find 4 digits that have not hit within 10 drawings. For example, 1, 6, 7, 9 = Key digits
Step 2
Pair the 4 digits together 16, 17, 19, 67, 69, 79 to create 52 Any Order combos.

52 Combos is way too many combos for me. 52 divided by 4 = $13 if you're playing online and you'll win $37.50 when a single combo hits. That means you'll make a 188% ROI if you hit on the 1st drawing and then the Law of Diminishing Returns takes effect. Since I don't want to risk more than $2,000 per forecast that gives me only 7 drawings for 1 of the 52 combos to hit. Once you backtest my strategy at this point, you will find that you will get a hit within 7 drawings over 95% of the time. If your cool with possibly having to risk $1,651 for a 45% ROI then I would say do it. People risk way more for way less than a 45% ROI in their 401k's, on stocks, real estate, etc... The average annual stock market return is somewhere between 9-11% so making a 45% ROI in 7 drawings is ridiculously great. However, I seek to go beyond great. So I filter more.

Wheel generation: In my language I say to my software developer. Pair 4 digits NH@10 and keep the hit@10 digits. The pairs are 16, 17, 19, 67, 69, 79 and the hit@10 digits are the 6 digits that hit within 10 drawings which are 0, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8. This is filter I use to reduce the amount of combos from 52 to 36 combos.

Now recently, after I finished doing some backtesting, I realized that I have to add 4 more combos so I can increase my accuracy in order to hit within my 7 drawing/$2,000 budget. Playing online at .25 cents per combo, you have to use less than 37 combos in order to double your ROI within 7 drawings/$2,000.

the 4 combos are now what I call Top Picks. I create the Top Picks by combining the 4 key digits together to create 4 combos.
1, 6, 7, 9 combine together to make 4 Any order combos = 167, 169, 679, 179
So from now on I'll be making 40 combo forecast that will hit within my 7 drawing/$2,000 budget.

You will come across 3 digits that have not hit within 10 drawings often but in a 100 drawing backtest, paring those 3 digits together will not be as accurate to hit within 7 drawings as pairing 4 digits NH@10 together.

I don't take this lightly. I know I have people depending on me. It's been 2 days since I started this forum. I spent those 2 days searching through every possible state for my 4 digits to pair and I finally found them in Maryland. I don't just post just to be posting. I post because I've gained confidence through backtesting and I'm convinced that my forecast are going to be consistently profitable. If you can't afford to risk the $2,000 needed to play the full forecast then I would not suggest that you play it. I hate losing money, which is why I do so much backtesting so I can have the confidence to risk whatever necessary. Play responsibly.

Since I don't want to risk more than $2,000 per forecast that gives me only 7 drawings for 1 of the 52 combos to hit. Once you backtest my strategy at this point, you will find that you will get a hit within 7 drawings over 95% of the time. If your cool with possibly having to risk $1,651 for a 45% ROI then I would say do it. People risk way more for way less than a 45% ROI in their 401k's, on stocks, real estate, etc... The average annual stock market return is somewhere between 9-11% so making a 45% ROI in 7 drawings is ridiculously great. However, I seek to go beyond great. So I filter more.

Wheel generation: In my language I say to my software developer. Pair 4 digits NH@10 and keep the hit@10 digits. The pairs are 16, 17, 19, 67, 69, 79 and the hit@10 digits are the 6 digits that hit within 10 drawings which are 0, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8. This is filter I use to reduce the amount of combos from 52 to 36 combos.

Now recently, after I finished doing some backtesting, I realized that I have to add 4 more combos so I can increase my accuracy in order to hit within my 7 drawing/$2,000 budget. Playing online at .25 cents per combo, you have to use less than 37 combos in order to double your ROI within 7 drawings/$2,000.

So from now on I'll be making 40 combo forecast that will hit within my 7 drawing/$2,000 budget.

I don't take this lightly. I know I have people depending on me. It's been 2 days since I started this forum. I spent those 2 days searching through every possible state for my 4 digits to pair and I finally found them in Maryland. I don't just post just to be posting. I post because I've gained confidence through backtesting and I'm convinced that my forecast are going to be consistently profitable. If you can't afford to risk the $2,000 needed to play the full forecast then I would not suggest that you play it. I hate losing money, which is why I do so much backtesting so I can have the confidence to risk whatever necessary. Play responsibly.

Since I'm using the Martingale betting system to maintain a high ROI and this is the 4th forecast of my challenge to win 17 forecast in a row within 7 drawings, I had to start drawing #4 by multiplying the combos/cost by 8.
For Forecast #1 I started it by multiplying everything 1x
Forecast #2 was multiplied 2x
Forecast #3 was multiplied 4x
and now of course
Forecast #4 was multiplied 8x and it won on the 5th drawing.
