How high & Low is a Pick 3 lottery system designed for advanced newbies like myself to subtract the ache from head...lol In this example we'll be using DC Pick 3 EVE Draw 10/19/18- 767 to get our next number for daytime. Lets take the 767 and add it up 7+6+7 ='s 20. Take that 20 and put it aside for now because we're gonna need it to determine which pair to choose from. Now lets stack the 767 vertical and once you do that the High & Low affect comes into play. You take the first digit which is 7 and count up +1 two times. 789. Then take the second digit and count down -1 two times 654. Take the last digit which is 7 again and count down -1 765. So lets see how this looks in stack form.

Now we take those combinations and make pairs x78 x89 x65 x54 x76 x65. Now we grab that 20 we put aside for this very moment to determine which pair jumps out at us the most through simple division. So what's the lowest digit that can go into 20? 4 can go into 20 5 times and so we'll grab the x54 pair but there's just one number to get and it's not rocket science. Lets look closely at the 54, infact, lets add it up. 5+4=s 9 so lets examining the pairs to see if this missing digit is anywhere in the neighborhood. SPOTTED, The X89 pair indicates that 9 could be the possible digit to go with our X54 Pair and next days drawing 10/20/18 came 954 STRAIGHT!
The x78 x89 65x 76x and 65x Pairs are coming to a DC draw near you and you just do the same thing you did with the 767. This system is kind of similar to the last one I posted yesterday but with a simple little 3rd grade math twist...lol
