My request is for a Lottery Bible Log System for

Pick 4 that doesn't change from month to month.

It would be consistent. It would work the same

way and produce the same results, each time

the same number is used! A true system that

can be back tested with confidence at any time!

It is important that it doesn't change at all.

Will you create a consistent Lottery Bible Log System

for Pick 4? It will be appreciated by many of us!

An excel / word sheet will be excellent.

WEll i agree with the Grandpoomahrette of number intoxicology there is no official pick four lottery bible...except mr oats invented his own, his own way..ok i guess, but he shouldnt say yes there is maybe. AS for Moon ill be dogged for not seeing the forest through the willow trees! It just never occured to me and my

vision that you mentioned the same numbers coming out of the same workouts over and over ect...i dont remember reading that in your postings, but what a nice

thing to hear...again it never dawned on me... and i just back checked around and of course it makes perfect sense !!! Again these posts you post are lined with

Thankyou Harvest Moon...for Very hard work ,for sharing, and for Kindmess Given because it is written in the universe and the stars that all of your good works will return to you in their own time and ways...this is the law of the cosmos... im knowing about your goodness returning...watch for it by day and by night in those unexpected hours....it will appear....:O)

100% agree with that!

Harvest adds a lot more to LP than people realize!

In my opinion, a standardized Pick 4 Lottery Bible would be a huge undertaking. If the Pick 3 bible was compiled using hundreds of thousands of draw, the Pick 4 would require ten times that....say a million minimum. One could write a program to generate the necessary data or compile every states Pick 4 game and generate the necessary fill.

But then the real work starts.

Let me be crystal clear, I will post a Lottery Book of Mormon and Lottery Quran if I feel like it.

I respect your belief that there is only One True Lottery Bible ^TM. But that is your religion, not mine.

You can report me to the High Council of Priests of Lottery Systems for daring to post my Bibles and methods without having first obtained the proper licenses, permits, clearances, and blessings. That is your right. But your gods have no power over me.

As for Harvest Moon's request, I will add a Perpetual All-States Pick 4 Lottery Bible to the rotation in Excel format. If a person wants to use it but does not have Excel, they can open the file with Google Sheets or Open Office Calc, which are free programs.

Just so we're clear.....

If you can post anything you want, then anybody here can post anything they want. That includes questioning whether you have the right to use a title or if the data you posted is worth a whit, or if your methods of deriving the data was flawed.

Been on that side the fence myself. Had to go back and rewrite programs, recompile data, and find my mistakes. Not fun, but it happens.

Frankly, I don't care what you post enough to look. You could be a nice person. But just reading the titles of your systems and seeing some of your replies to others, I've pegged you as a joke. BTW, the first time I read the "secret newsletter" joke was a poster named Lantern, who is (at last recall) banned.

My methods are Board Certified to be as good as quick picks. As for my "right" to use certain titles, I'll have you know that Jesus H. Christ himself appeared in my toast and gave me the all clear to call my excel books Lottery Bible. (I am still waiting for Vatsyayana to give me the ok to call my next project Lottery Kama Sutra.)
