  Treating a combination of three numbers as a unit. Here is the idea. There are lots of state lotteries with long history. For example in California "Fantasy 5" we have a truckload of historical data that can be analyzed.

  As it appears, over the years all the possible combinations of three different numbers have already played. Some of them played only once while some played over ten times. A this moment there are two combinations that played just ones and haven't played for the longest period. The longest not played is 22-23-38 and the second longest is 9-11-25. One of them is quite likely to play near-term, so both of them can be used as a base for projecting the winning combination of five numbers. Two more numbers can be added in accordance with the rules described in my book.
