That's a really good question. When I started looking into this repeat thing, I was trying to figure out how HugeBens' monthly repeats method works. As I understand it, the method is based on the calendar month. So, my simple little program works on calendar months, as opposed to a thirty day sliding window. I also decided to only analyze the data from January 2007 on, when Virginia started drawing on Sundays. The idea being to make the analysis as "square" as possible in case we really did want to look at statistics.
With that in mind, I can tell you that I found 8 calendar months where there were three "repeats" - meaning an first draw of the a number followed by three repeats of that number. I found only one calendar month where there were four repeats of a number, March of 2008. Here is the chart.

Out of 147 months, there was 1 calendar month with 4 "repeats" (a total of 5 occurrences of the number combo) and about 8 months with 3 "repeats." That's enough to get a feel for the answer to your question from what I have, but I would have to write a different program to capture a sliding window of 30 days. That is much more like the kind of analysis I normally do. That's why I had so much trouble wrapping my mind around HugeBens calendar method.
To bring this back to the month at hand - Remember that so far we only have two "repeats" of 632. There is a lot more of the month to go and what we have so far is very ordinary, two repeats. I'm hoping we will get more, including my 362 straight repeat.
