Hi, I was wonder why is California only one of two states that doesn't offer the choice to play either the mid-day game or evening game separately when filling out a play slip for the Daily 3 game? And why do they dump all the data together on their Daily 3 page for results as if the Pick 3 was a single game instead of two games. A mid-day game and an evening game.
I count the two games as separate games when I try and figure out the stats for the daily draws. The pair "30" hasn't been drawn in 72 days on the mid-day draw but it was drawn 17 days ago on the evening draw. So, in my mind it is worth it to bet on a number with the pair "30" in it on the mid-day draw but not the evening draw. So, to avoid having to play both of them - I have to make a daily trip to the store to make sure it gets played on the mid-day draw.
There are 32 states and jurisdictions that offer the Pick 3 game twice a day or more -- and 30 of those states offer a choice to mark one of the games (mid-day or evening) for advanced plays. California and Idaho are the only two that don't.
Why doesn't CaLottery offer this choice to it's players?
I wrote an email to CaLottery looking for an answer and they directed me to a PDF I have to fill out and sign to offer suggestions to them. I am in the middle of writing a letter to send in to them along with the consent form. They only accept suggestions through the postal mail.
Wondering if there are others out there who are asking the same question as me and want to submit some feedback to include in my letter to them.
Thanks.
