I know, right? LOL! The thing is, by the end of the month, there are a lot of numbers to play to try to catch a repeat. That can get spendy in a hurry. The best way I can think of to use the repeats towards the end of the month is to use them as a filter. Expand the list of numbers which have fallen into all their combos. Save that somewhere handy, then drop those into RegEx and see if it lights up any numbers in the test list. If not, just don't play it. That's the poe man's way to play the repeats, I guess...
I'm ready to do the programming to do something like that conveniently at my end. I finished up the data scrubbing/formatting program and added it to the front end of my home-brew deflate tool so now it's hell of easier to copy lists off here and deflate them together. I never did add the code to scrub off user handles with numbers in them, like Rosco757, for example. I still have to catch that and scrub the 757 by hand, but that's the same deal with the professional deflate tool on this site, so I don't feel too bad. At least I got the big bad data scrubbing job done. Now I can just drop a mountain of wildly unformatted mixed test and numbers in there and it cleans it up for me automatically...
Next up I think is to implement the "watch list" idea in the main report. The question is whether to check for combos of the watch list numbers. I've already done all the homework and have code that handles combo searches, so it's not a matter of a huge effort. I just need to make a decision and do it. Any thoughts? Rosco757? Anybody?
