  My friend bought a Missouri scratch off ticket and it scanned not a winner HOWEVER THE NUMBERS ALL SCRATCHED Was on the ticket and the scratch off numbers . How can this be?

  and will they pay it. It's clearly Their fault. Watch your tickets y'all
