  I would like to hear any suggestions for improvement but here how it goes. 

  We begin by noting an important rule, we must wait 4 to 5 days of pick 4 numbers to play where none begins with a zero. <-- very important.

  How we get the combinations is by using the numbers 2,4,6 & 3,5,7, even set or odd set

  We would be placing bets on straight bets alone. Were trying to hit it big or nothing at all.

  now we get all the possible combination of 2 digit numbers that add to make the even - 2 4 6 and odd- 3 5 7

  2 -- 02, 11 

  4 -- 04, 22, 13

  6 -- 06, 33, 15, 24

  3 -- 03, 12

  5 -- 05, 14, 23

  7 -- 07, 34, 25, 16

  So to explain the above, if u add any of the two digit u would get the relevant number - ex: 2 +5 = 7. or 0+6 = 6

  Now if we have to look for an even even combination we would combine all the numbers from the 246"even category" to the 246"even category"

  Since there are 9 digits in the even category we would get 81 possible combination if we use the even even combinations.

  we bet all in order so if we were looking for an even even 0213 is a winner not 0231 because we use all or combination in order by 2 digits. so if we are using odd odd a combination out of the 81 possible would be 0314 and not 3014.

  Example - all even even combinations are as follows. its simply using each even number and combining it with the other even numbers..

  It may be a little confusing but the next point is how to know what numbers to use " partially"

  This is our local system for lottery games called NLCB.

  So we look at the first rule which is to find 4 or 5 days here zero has not played as the first number. I usually use 4 days for pick 4 and 5 for pick 3, but well leave pick 3 for another day. If you notice from 7470 to 7482 the 4 days have had draws without any zero numbers at the beginning. We would start to bet from the next day which is 7486. 

  Now the secret to the formula is understanding when to use the even even , even odd, odd even or odd odd combination. This is cannot give out. But for this one we would be placing bets on even even combinations for 20 days. 

  With 81 possible combinations for even even, we are risking around $1600 in 20 days. u can use a range of 10 days also which would be around $800 but 20 days betting is to be safe.

  how we know if its a even or odd we add the first two digits and the last 2.

  So from 7486 which is the 19th August- number 0053 played. 0+0 = 0 and 5+3  8. 

  7487 which is the 2nd draw 2716 played which is - 2+7 = 9 and 1+6 = 7. odd and odd.

  for draw number 7489 - 0622 played -0+6 = 6 and 2+2 = 4. which is both even and even numbers. we now check to see whether it falls in one of our combinations. which it did. so 4 draws and risking about $320. got us the big prize.

   

  IVE BEEN TESTING THE EOI - EVEN ODD INDEX - something i created for a while, it performed well for 2018 and 2019 so far.
